Effective October 28, 2026 · Last updated October 28, 2026

In short

  • We collect what you give us in the strategy call form, plus standard analytics and advertising data from your visit.
  • We use it to prepare and schedule your call and to stay in touch about your request.
  • We don't sell your information for money.
  • We never ask for your Seller Central password or login.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

01Who we are

NiBell (“NiBell”, “we”, “us”) provides Amazon management services for consumer brands. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through nibellagency.com, our strategy call booking, and the forms we run on advertising platforms such as LinkedIn.

NiBell is responsible for your information. You can reach us about privacy at josecarlos@nibellagency.com.

02What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a strategy call, through our website or a form on an advertising platform, we ask for:

  • Your name, WhatsApp or phone number, and email address
  • Your brand, your role, and where your business is based
  • Your product category, your monthly Amazon U.S. sales range, and whether you sell your own brand
  • What kind of help you're looking for and the challenges you select
  • Your Amazon store link or brand name on Amazon

If you type your email or phone number into the form and leave before submitting it, we may save what you entered so we can follow up on your request.

When you book a time, our scheduling tool receives your name, email and phone number, plus the date and time you choose.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our partners collect information through cookies, browser storage and similar technologies. This includes:

  • Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit
  • How you got here: the ad, campaign or referring site, and ad click identifiers (from Google, Meta and LinkedIn). We keep this for up to 30 days so we can tell which ad brought you to us.
  • Which version of a page you saw, so you see the same version if you come back (stored for up to 30 days)
  • Actions on the page, such as clicking a button, starting the form, sending a request or booking a call

Information from public sources

To prepare for your call, we review the public information about your brand on Amazon and online, starting from the store link or brand name you give us.

03How we use it

To handle your request. We use your information to:

  • Review whether our services are a good fit for you
  • Schedule and prepare your strategy call
  • Contact you by WhatsApp, email or phone about your request
  • Send you our Cyber Week & Q1 Checklist if the call isn't the right fit yet

Additional purposes. We also use it to:

  • Send you occasional emails with Amazon insights, resources or offers
  • Measure how our ads and website perform, and improve them
  • Show you NiBell ads on other sites and apps

You can opt out of these additional purposes at any time without affecting your request. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us at the address above.

04Analytics and advertising tools

Our site uses these tools. Each provider handles the data it collects under its own privacy policy.

ToolWhat it does
Google AnalyticsMeasures visits and how people use the site.
Google AdsMeasures which ads lead to requests and calls, and lets us show ads to people who visited the site.
Meta PixelMeasures results from ads on Facebook and Instagram, and lets us show ads to past visitors.
LinkedIn Insight TagMeasures results from LinkedIn ads, and lets us show ads to past visitors.
PostHogProduct analytics: how people move through the page, including session recordings of clicks, scrolls and page interactions. Recordings are set up to hide what you type into form fields.

Depending on their settings, advertising partners may also receive contact details from the form in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, so they can match ad clicks to requests.

Activity on our site may be linked to the request you send, so we know which ad and page led to it.

05Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our business for us: website hosting (Vercel), workflow automation (Make), spreadsheets and email (Google Workspace), our CRM and scheduling tool (HighLevel), messaging (WhatsApp), and the analytics and advertising tools listed above
  • Our marketing agency, which operates our website and advertising on our behalf
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or others
  • A buyer or successor if NiBell is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

Letting advertising partners collect data on our site to show you ads may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Your choices below to opt out.

06Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct it if it's inaccurate
  • Delete it
  • Object to its use, or limit it, including for marketing and targeted advertising
  • Withdraw your consent

If you live in Mexico, these include your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition). If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, they include the rights that law gives you. We won't treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, email josecarlos@nibellagency.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Tell us what you'd like us to do and include the email or phone number you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

Cookies and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ads through each platform:

07How long we keep it

We keep your request details only as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy, such as while we're talking with you or working together, and for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for. We will never ask for your Amazon Seller Central password or login. If anyone claiming to be NiBell does, don't share it, and let us know.

09Where your information is processed

We operate from Mexico and serve brands in the United States. Our service providers store and process information mainly in the United States. By using our site and sending a request, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these countries, under safeguards that comply with applicable law.

10Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
